Black beans mmmmmm


good eatin’ right there buddy! lol 🙂

2 cups of dried black beans

Pre-soaked for 12-24 hours in water with apple cider vinegar (for 8 cups of water I add around 2 tablespoons of ACV, I don’t measure so I’m guessing, ahahaha)

drain the beans after the soak

I put the beans in my cast iron dutch oven, put the stove on low heat, cover beans with water, added in like 10 cloves of garlic, a bit more ACV, some oregano, a few tablespoons of Olive Oil and let it simmer for a few hours. Coming to stir occasionally. After the beans were soft and yummy, I added some onion powder, more salt to taste, a bit of Tabasco Sauce, Chilli Powder, Cheyenne Pepper. Stir and let those flavors simmer in, and at dinner time we are gonna chewy chomp! 🙂 lol
